| 摘 要： | 为了促进青少年运动员生涯规划指导工作的开展,采用问卷调查法对安徽、福建、上海和江西4省的青少年运动员的职业憧憬和职业价值观进行初步研究.发现4个省的青少年运动员的职业憧憬具有很强的专业指向性,多数希望将来能成为教练员和教师;4个省中不同年龄、不同性别、不同专项的青少年运动员的职业价值观在共性的基础上又有所不同. |

| Abstract: | In order to promote the employment direction of young athletes' career plan, the authorsmade an investigation among the young athletes in Anhui, Fujian, Shanghai and Jiangxi by the way ofquestionnaire. The result reveals that most of the athletes want to be coaches of teachers. Yet somedifferences exist due to the difference of age, sex and sports. |
