| 摘 要： | 为了适应现你素质教育的需要，必须改革旧的教学模式，研究出一系列适用青少年儿童身心健康发展的教学模式，寓教于趣味性，寓教于娱乐性，寓教于身心发展性，激发学生锻炼的主观能动性和思维创造性，提高学生对健康第一的认识，增强学生的体质，为现代素质教育与学校体育的和谐发展提供科学依据。
