| Abstract: | The WTO regime relates closely to the U.S. trade acts. Its establishment, institutional change,especially the main aspect of its values are very much influenced by American law. To inspect the relations between both of them will help us to recognize the evolving contradiction between WTO institution and values,and to grasp firmly in practice its political-economical essence. |
