叙述者和穆斯塔法的文化定位——《北迁的季节》后殖民主义解读

《北迁的季节》反映了殖民主义对被殖民地的深刻影响乃至西化,导致被殖民者一直生活在纠结中,他们既无法摆脱西方对其的殖民化,也无法回到自己的故土,从而找不到自己的归属,内心的矛盾使得他们像被抛弃的婴儿。因此,只有死亡才是他们唯一能够解脱自己的方式。穆斯塔法.萨义德和叙述者就是两个典型的殖民化的牺牲者。他们到死都没能摆脱殖民化,也没有准确找到自己在社会中的文化定位。

Cultural Position of Mustafa Saeed and Narrator

Season of Migration to the North reflects the colonist impact on the colonized.The westernization makes the colonized people felt confused,because they can hardly get rid of colonization and return to their hometown.They do not know where they belong to,they are just like abandoned infant.The only way to liberate themselves is to die.In the book,Mustafa Saeed and Narrator are two typical victims of colonization.They can not free themselves and find their cultural location in the society.
