加纳高等教育发展的国际移植和现代化策略研究

加纳高等教育是在国际移植的背景下经过多次改革而形成和日益完善的。加纳高等教育的国际移植主要表现在管理体制、管理模式、教学语言等几个方面。独立后的加纳高等教育主要经历了三次较大的改革，在其改革的过程中实施了不同的发展策略，并建立了在南部非洲比较发达和完善的高等教育体系。

The Study on International Transplanting and Strategy for Modernization of Higher Education in Ghana

The higher education of Ghana has come into being through several times reformation under the background of the international transplantation. The presentations of transplanting from developed countries are as follows:the system of management,the modes of management,the teaching language and so on. Since the national independence from the imperialism,the higher education of Ghana has undergone three reformations in which each times carried out by different development strategies. Through these reformations,Ghana has set up the advanced higher education system in the southern Africa.
