| 摘 要： | 国际体育舞蹈是一项新兴的体育项目。为了使这一新兴项目在我国得到更好的普及与提高，我们提出在高等院校体育教学中应增加国际体育舞蹈的内容，并就此探析了高校开展国际体育舞蹈的意义、锻炼价值以及在高校推广的可行性
