| 摘 要： | 过去25年英国高等教育取得了长足的进步，但也面临着不少挑战。为确保未来英国高等教育的竞争优势，英国布莱尔政府于2003年1月推出《高等教育的未来》白皮书。人们可以从中发现：科研、教学、校企合作、扩大规模、入学公平性以及经费投入等诸方面的改革，将成为英国高等教育变革的最新动向。

| Abstract: | In the last 25 years, British higher education has made tremendous progress despite the various challenges. To ensure the competitive superiority of British higher education, the British government issued, in January, 2003, a White Book entitled The Future of Higher Education, which contains the latest development of reformation in British higher education in areas such as scientific research, teaching, school-enterprise cooperation, enlargement of school, equity in entrance of university and capital input. |
