| 摘 要： | 20世纪60年代初期,在开展生产自救的过程中,湖南、福建、河南等省提出并实施了"借田渡荒"政策,即把属于生产队集体所有的一部分土地借给社员耕种,收获归己。这一政策为战胜当时的农业危机起到了重要的积极作用。

| Abstract: | During the process of self-reliance,Hunan,Fujian,Henan and ofher provinces proposed and implemented a policy,calledlending field to overcome the faminein early 1960s.In other words,the government lent part of the collectively-owned land to the farmers,who cultivated and owned the products.The policy had played an important positive role in overcoming the agricultural crisis. |
