辛亥时期胡汉民的排外观

辛亥时期,胡汉民提出了颇具时代特色的排外观。他认为,发生排外现象的原因,是由于汉族的种族思想、清政府实行的内外方针,以及列强对中国的侵略。胡汉民主张区分不正当和正当两种不同性质的排外,其判断标准是国际法。他认为正当排外便是主张国家权利,同时又认同合法的主权限制。在他看来,要达到正当排外的目的,其根本之计在于排满革命。胡汉民和革命党人致力于反清革命,而对如何解除帝国主义压迫问题有所忽略,未能从根本上解决这一问题。
