| 摘 要： | 加入WTO，世界经济大潮必将对我国的方方面面产生一系列的影响，与经济联系紧密的成人高等教育也不会例外。面对新的发展机遇和挑战，成人高等教育应认清这个外部大环境的变化，未雨绸缪，以加入WTO为发展契机，主动适应并服务于社会经济发展的要求。
