黑龙江省煤炭资源型城市循环经济发展模式研究

黑龙江省煤炭资源型城市循环经济发展尚处于起步阶段，如何科学选择循环经济的发展模式，是一个亟待研究和探索的重大课题。总结并提炼了延伸转化、综合利用、产业耦合、“四位一体”等九种循环经济发展模式，为循环经济发展提供了技术示范和方法参考，对同类城市发展循环经济具有重要的参考价值和借鉴意义。

Research on the Development Patterns of the Cyclic Economy in the Resource- based Cities

The development of the cyclic economy in the coal resources city of Heilongjing Province is lying in the first stage. So how to choose the developing pattern of the cyclic economy scientifically is an important topic which needs researching and explorating urgently. This article refines and sums up nine cyclic economy developing patterns, such as extension and transformation, integrated utilization, industrial coupling, ＂four - in - one＂, etc. It supplied technical demonstration and reference method for cyclic economic development, and it also had reference value for the same kind of city which wanted to develop cyclic economy.
