空竹运动的起源、发展、价值及发展策略

空竹古称"胡敲",也叫"地铃"、"空钟"、"风葫芦"、"老牛"等。运用文献资料法,综合分析法对空竹的起源、发展及价值进行探讨,认为:空竹运动历史悠久,是一项集娱乐、健身、竞技、观赏、休闲为一体的民族传统体育项目。作为我国的体育类非物质文化遗产具有独特而深厚的文化底蕴,将在今后的全民健身活动产生深远影响及现实意义,对空竹运动进行合理的保护及创新性的发展必然会推动我国民俗传统体育运动的发展。

The Origin,Development, Development Strategy and the Value of Diabolo

Diabolo is ancient say “knock Hu”, also called“the Bell”,“Diabolo”,“the wind calabash” ,“old ox” etc..Using the method of literature , comprehensive analysis , the origin, development and value of Diabolo is discussed.The result shows that Diabolo exercise has a long history , is a collection of entertainment , fitness, sports, sightseeing, leisure as one of the national traditional sports .As our sports intangible cultural heritage , it has unique and rich cultural heritage , and produces far -reaching effect and significance in the future develop-ment of national fitness activities , the protection and innovation of Diabolo exercise will promote the development of China’s folk traditional sports.
