| 摘 要： | 当代中国因其社会制度、民族传统、法治前提等与西方国家迥异 ,其法治必然会显现出丰富生动的时代特征和民族特色。从法治性质、法治主体、法律传统和法治实现路径四个方面对当代中国法治的个性特征作了论证。

| Abstract: | Owing to different social system, national tradition, premises of legal system etc, contemporary Chinese legal system undoubtedly differs from those of western countries, and presents colorful epoch characteristics and national features. This paper expounds individuality features of contemporary Chinese legal system from the following aspects: nature of legal system, main body of legal system, tradition of law, and realization route of legal system. |
