我国远程高等教育质量观的演变及发展趋势

远程教育承担着大众化和普及化高等教育的任务。我国远程高等教育从发展之初到现在，尤其是在其规模迅速扩张后，随着世界各国开展以质量为核心指向的远程高等教育改革的深入发展，应该树立什么样的质量观，已经成为学术界和实践界探讨的重要问题。论文对我国远程高等教育在不同的历史时期和环境下的质量观进行了梳理，对我国远程高等教育质量观的生成及变迁进行系统的总结。在文献研究的基础上，论文以规范研究的方法，提出了一种新的远程高等教育质量观：发展的质量观、多样化的质量观、适应性的质量观、全面的质量观。
