| 摘 要： | 新世纪,我国提出构建"和谐社会"的构想,启示教育工作者要用科学的、发展的理念,摒弃功利主义价值观,遵循学生自身发展的客观规律,重视学生的长远发展、社会的真正需求.坚持和谐就业观,实施科学的就业指导,帮助学生制订合理的职业生涯发展规划,实现学生与岗位的和谐,学生就业与社会发展的和谐.

| Abstract: | In the new century,the conception of constructing 'harmonious society' has been proposed,which has the model significance contribution to the human society without doubt and has the positive enlightenment function to education workers with the science,the development idea.We should abandon utilitarianism, follow students' objective developmental law,takes student's long-term development and society's true demand into account.Persist harmonious employment view, implement scientific career guidance,help the students to draw up the reasonable professional development plan,to realize the harmony of students and the post,the students' employment and the social development. |
