| 摘 要： | 中国民间民俗体育文化是实现代体育研究中的一个重要课题。对民间民俗体育文化特征和不可取代的现实作用进行梳理、剖析，说明发展中华民间民俗体育运动的意义不仅仅是为了民众增强体质或提高运动技术水平，更重要的是如何塑造一种可以充分满足历史要求的新兴伦理精神，为中国民间民俗体育文化的研究提供一些借鉴和依据。

| Abstract: | Folk - custom physical culture in China is one of the most important problems of modem physical study. Through carding, and anatomy to folk - custom physical culture, as well as the only realistic affection, the article explains the purpose which develop the folk - custom physical culture not only to improve the demotic physique or sport skills, but also how to create a new ethical spirit that frilly supply the historical demand and provide experience of folk - custom physical culture. |
