| Abstract: | In consideration of the limitations of the original library management systems of some universities,we put forward a reform method of transforming the standard bibliographic data into primary bibliographic data.Meanwhile, we provide a network system solution by which the library acquisition department may communicate with the readers as quick as possible. |
