| 摘 要： | 20世纪三四十年代发生的革命与外国入侵，影响或改变了晋西北农村的社会经济结构和农民的生存环境。雇工作为晋西北农民社会的一个阶层，：在抗战前后的十几年间经历了极为显著的变化，诸如工资大幅贬值、生活水平急剧下滑、主雇关系趋于复杂等等。不过，革命为他们提供了改善命运或向上攀升的空间。

| Abstract: | The social and economical structures on the rural region of the northwest Shanxi brought about changes because of the revolution and foreigners invasion in 1930-1940's. The hired workers there, as one of the farmer classes, have had experienced a series of great changes in the turning of 1930-1940's. These changes were their pay depreciation, living level drop, complication of the relations between employers and hired workers, and so on . However, the revolution would provides opportunities for them to improve their fates and to move up. |
