浅谈高校图书馆个性化知识服务

摘    要:在知识经济时代,高等院校图书馆应顺应社会信息化发展的步伐,抓住和利用互联网普及后网络信息空间无限扩大的机遇和争件,进一步扩展、转变自己的服务职能,针对读者的特点提供个性化的服务,将高等院校图书馆信息源和学科馆员的专业化服务按不同层次、不同类别提供给读者,从而有效地提高知识服务的效率。本文从知识服务与信息服务的区别、高等院校图书馆开展知识服务的必要性及注意事项等问题展开了比较详细的论述。

Abstract:In the economic times,universities and colleges should keep up with the step of social informatization,catch and use the opportunity and condition of network's unlimited information spaces after the Internet's popularization to enlarge and change their own service functions.It should offer the information and specialized service to readers according to different levels or sorts,aiming at offering individuated service to meet readers' need,so as to improve the efficiency of knowledge service effectively.This paper particularly explores several aspects such as the differences between knowledge service and information service,the necessity of offering knowledge service and points for attention.
