| 摘 要： | 基于市场需求的发展趋势,传统的文秘人才培养模式需要从加强"专业"特色,提高综合"素质"两方面加以调整,既要走特色之路,培养跨专业的多证多能型人才;也要注重综合素质,即职业道德和心理素养,培养既会做事,也会做人的全面型人才。

| Abstract: | Based on market demand,the traditional training mode of Secretary Talents need to be adjusted:both to get characteristics of the road to go to develop more multi-disciplinary talents having multi-cards;also to focus on the overall quality of the professional ethics and psychological quality to develop the full talents. |
