| 摘 要： | 我国加入WTO以后,林业培训需求将出现高级人才需求紧迫、林业培训对象更加广泛、林业培训标准与国际接轨、绿色教育兴起等新的特点,林业培训应适应形势,转变政府职能,完善林业培训制度,提高培训机构的竞争力,积极开展国际合作,为林业跨越式发展服务。

| Abstract: | After China's entry into the WTO, Chinese forestry training is facing the situation of urgent need of advanced talents, more kinds of forestry personnel to be trained, the adoption of the international training standards and the springing up of "green education". In order to adapt themselves to the new situation, government departments in forestry sector should transform their functions, perfect training systems, enhance the competitiveness of the training organizations , actively develop international co-operations and serve the rapid development in forestry. |
