| 摘 要： | 中国共产党之所以能成功处理国内民族问题，关键在于有正确的民族政策，而正确的民族政策有其科学的依据，其一，全面考虑我们这个多民族的统一国家走社会主义道路的基本事实；其二，全面考虑了56个民族在发展水平和化风俗上存在多样性和差异性；其三，深刻总结了我们历史上处理民族问题的经验教训；其四，借鉴了世界上一些国家处理民族问题的经验教训。

| Abstract: | The correct of nationalities is the hinge for the Chinese Communist Party to manage to settle problems various nationalities. Here follows the scientific basis of the policy of nationalities. First a complete consideration of the basic fact that China is a unitary multi-national state of Socialism. Second, a complete consideration of diversity of experiences and lessons in handling problems of nationalities. Fourth, drawing of lessons and experiences from other countries in handling problems of nationalities. |
