| Abstract: | This paper,based on the target of higher vocational education,students'English proficiency and the requirements of the careers fair,expounds the contents,process,rating and practical significance of the speaking-centered English teaching on the lexical level from four aspects such as word study,word use,word's cultural implications and rating measures,by applying lexicology,semantics and pragmatics as well as the knowledge of intercultural communication. |
