| 摘 要： | 处于西部大开发环境下的云南,地级中心城市的发展应该着力解决好城市发展的动力问题,城市经济活动的基本因素仍然是要大力促进第二产业的发育和成长,非基本因素只能紧紧围绕第三产业的高层次部门的培育来刺激服务业发展和促进第二产业的发展,以提高城市经济社会发展的质量来体现区域经济增长的作用.

| Abstract: | The driving force is still an essential question to be asked about the development of the prefecture-level cities in Yunnan that is faced with the situation of the development of the west of China. The basic factor in the urban economic activities still lies in the cultivation of the second domain of industry. The non-basic factors can only be employed for the realization of the central task of the cultivation of the services and development of the second domain of industry. |
