| 摘 要： | 中学生由于沉迷于网络而离家出走、与网友约会等导致的人身伤害事件经常出现在新闻媒体的报道中.面对不可阻挡的中学生上网热潮,因网络而产生的安全问题日益突出,因而对中学生进行上网安全教育已成为当前家长、教师、学校共同关注的重要问题.
