| Abstract: | Since we human beings entered the time of knowledge economy, it is urgent and realistic issue of a rapid raise in labor's quality in our country. The labor's education must be in line with the needs of modernization in science and technology, keep up with the current trend in worldwide educational development, and make great efforts to realize modernization in educational content, educational means and the ranks of teachers. |
