| 摘 要： | 对于东汉时期的州制,目前史学界尚缺乏深入细致的研究,现有诸说亦不符合东汉州制发展的实际.确切地说,东汉时期的州制呈现出阶段性的发展特征,以建武十八年光武帝罢州牧复刺史为界限,其前为州牧制,它继承了王莽时期及更始政权的州牧制并有所发展,州为军政合一单元. |

| Abstract: | Because of the lack of deep and careful research on the zhou system of Eastern Han Dynasty,the present viewpoints don't meet the facts of the development of the zhou system.Exactly,the Zhou system of Eastern Han Dynarty was characteristic of development by stages.Emperor Guangwu abolished Zhou Mu and re established Ci shi on the 18th year of Jian wu,before which Zhou mu system existed.It succeeded and developed somewhere the Zhou mu system of Wang Mang and Geng shi powers.Zhou was a unit of owning civil and military authority. |
