| 摘 要： | 对河南省8所高校535名学生参与武术运动情况及影响他们参与武术运动的因素,进行了抽样调查.发现大部分学生喜欢武术运动,但经常参与者不多.究其主要原因,在于学生课业负担重,又对武术在终身体育中的作用认识不足.此外,武术课时和武术项目太少、缺少场地器材、教师引导和指导不够也是重要的原因.针对这些问题,作者提出了自己的对策.

At the same time, the author trys to give some suggestions on them. |
