| 摘 要： | 本文通过比较一般工科院校自动化专业培养方案，指出当前人才培养模式存在课程设置缺乏系统性、内容陈旧，联系实际不够等问题，提出了自动化专业教学改革要合理定位、加强工程训练、培养创新精神的设想。

| Abstract: | By comparing syllabus of the major of automation in some engineering colleges,this paper points out some existing problems:unsystemetic curriculum,obsolete content and not enough connection between theory and practice,and then puts forward the reform,which includes equitable orientation and strengthen-ing engineering training and cultivating enterprising spirit. |
