| 摘 要： | 大学的管理决定了大学的发展,而管理是否有效体现于其管理制度上。从大学做为一个特殊的组织理念出发,分析其不同于其他组织的特性和共性,以及论述其权力特征与制度化的关系,提出通过制度化的权力来实现大学的有效管理。

| Abstract: | The development of the university is decided by its management,and the effectiveness of the management is embodied on the management system.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the university that differs it from other organizations on its special concept.It also discusses the relation between the power characters and the systematization putting forward the realization of the effective management by the systematic power. |
