高校创新型科研团队的组织行为模式研究

摘    要:高校创新型科研团队的组织行为模式应当与科研团队的不同发展阶段相适应.创建阶段要明确团队目标和定位,选拔优秀的团队领导,营造和谐的团队文化;发展阶段要构建高校科研团队高效的运行机制,创新团队管理理念,营造宽松和谐的团队工作环境,科学设计团队组织结构;提高阶段要完善高校科研团队的保障体制,创新管理体制,健全激励机制,改革考评机制,形成高效、高产的优秀科研团队.
