关于教师教学质量评估的思考

摘    要:科学规范、行之有效的教学质量评估体系是稳步提高教学质量的重要保障,对于迎接教育部普通高等学校本科教学水平评估具有积极意义。为确保教学评估的客观准确性,要做好评估前的思想发动,构建适当的评估原则体系,确定科学的评估内容,选择适当的评估模式,妥善处理评估的结果,提高教学水平,确保教学质量。

Abstract:A scientific and effective teaching assessment system is an important safeguard for the improvement of teaching quality with steadily steps. It is also significant to Ministry of Education's assessment of teaching level in ordinary institution of higher learning. To ensure the objectivity and veracity of the teaching assessment, we need to get ready mentally before the assess- ment, construct appropriate assessment principles, ascertain scientific assessment content, chose suitable assessment patterns and handle the assessment result properly to improve the teaching standard and guarantee the teaching quality.
