| 摘 要： | 3G时代的到来将极大地改变我们的生活,同时也将给我们的生活带来全新的体验。在蓬勃发展的3G行业背后,3G人才缺口已成为困扰运营商、手机厂商的难题。为了解决问题,企业要与高校紧密结合,培养创新型3G人才,因此在应用型本科高校,应采用不同的培养方案并结合实际,提高学生的实践动手能力,以适应市场的需求。

| Abstract: | The arrival of the 3G era will greatly change our life.At the same time it will also give our life new experience.Behind the vigorous development of the 3G industry,3G talent gap has become a problem that plagues operators and mobile phone manufacturers.In order to solve the problem,enterprises and universities cooperate closely in the cultivation of innovative 3G talents.Therefore,applied undergraduate colleges and universities should use different schemes combined with practice to improve students’ practical ability to adapt to the needs of the market. |
