| 摘 要： | 自古以来,教师在人们心目中一直有着很崇高的地位,但是随着经济的发展,教师的权威也有了新的发展。现代教师权威的建立最关键的是在于教师如何去适应教育教学的需求,如何摆正自己的位置,与学生建立平等、和谐的关系,同时辅之以社会的共同努力。

| Abstract: | Since the ancient times,the teacher people has a very high position in the eyes of.But with the development of economy,teachers’ authority has the new development.The key to establishing modern teacher authority lies in how teachers adapt to the demand of education teaching and adjust their position,establishing an equal and harmonious relationship students as well as the joint efforts of the society. |
