构建应对警察职业倦怠的社会支持系统

由于警察工作的特殊性,警察职业倦怠已经成为警察的严重问题,影响警务职能的发挥。社会支持作为应对职业倦怠的外部资源,警察能够获得的并不乐观。因此,建议从完善的政策性支持、长效的心理服务、警察组织内部和谐的心理氛围三个层次构建警察的社会支持系统,满足警察多元的心理需求。

Constructing Social Support System of Police Vocational Burnout

Due to the uniqueness of public security work,vocational burnout has become a serious problem of police,affecting the fulfillment of police’s functions.As external resources of dealing with vocational burnout,social support can not be readily gained by police.Therefore,this paper proposes that social support system should be constructed by improving policy support,long-term psychological service and the harmonious psychological atmosphere among the police to satisfy their multiple needs.
