| 摘 要： | 新生代农民工的文化教育是其市民化过程中的突出问题。现阶段新生代农民工文化需求不再仅仅局限于娱乐消遣,而是有较高层次追求且具有多样性。新生代农民工的文化建设既要与其社会生活条件相适应,又要提高他们自身的文化素养和职业技能,需从思想观念的转变、构建城乡文化教育体系、发挥职业院校的作用等方面满足新生代农民工的文化教育需求。

| Abstract: | Cenozoic migrant workers’ cultural education is a prominent problem in the process of urbanization.Currently,cenozoic migrant workers’ cultural demand does not only lie in entertainment,but is also characterized by higher pursuit and diversity.Cenozoic migrant workers’ cultural construction should not only correspond to their social living conditions,but also enhance their own cultural quality and professional skills.We should fulfill their cultural demand from the aspects of the thought transformation,construction of cultural education system in urban and rural areas and playing the role of vocational schools. |
