| 摘 要： | 面对全球的经济变革和经济竞争,多功能开放型企业供需网(简称SDN)取代供应链成为新的供需模式是经济市场全球化的必然。SDN是复杂多变的混沌环境下的产物,用线性系统的管理方法来研究非线性SDN系统是不科学的。混沌供需网管理的核心思想就是在秩序和混沌之间保持一种张力,透过事件的本质去认识和看待问题,以权变的思想进行管理,这样的管理才有创新和灵活性。

| Abstract: | With globalization speeding up,it is necessary to replace the traditional management of supply chain with the new mode,the supply and demand network(SDN)with multi-functional and opening characteristics for enterprise.SDN results from the complicated and chaos environment.Therefore,it is not scientific to study SDN's non-linear feature by the way of linear method.The core idea of SDN is the interaction between order and chaos.Through case study,we probe into the nature of SDN,finding that only by adapting to the change of time can we do management creatively and flexibly. |
