| 摘 要： | 中小企业在国民经济发展中起着重要的作用,但是中小企业由于本身的特点,在发展过程中面临各种障碍。中小企业的发展需要政府的大力扶持。意大利政府在扶持重点、财政补贴、税收优惠、提供低息贷款、技术帮助和信息服务等方面有其鲜明的特点,为我国推动中小企业发展提供了重要的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Median-and small-sized enterprises play an important role in the national economy.However,they may meet with many problems,and need the support from the government.The Italian government is supportive to its median-and small-sized enterprises in various ways such as low interest loan,tax favor,information sharing,technological guidance and so on,which have many implications for the Chinese government. |
