灰色系统理论在高校管理干部综合评价中的应用

摘    要:运用灰色系统理论建立高校管理干部综合评价模型,举例介绍了模型的具体运用。实例研究表明,运用灰色系统理论进行高校管理干部综合评价具有准确可靠、简单直观等优点。

Abstract:Based on Grey system theory, the model of evaluating managers in universities is founded in the paper. In the meanwhile, it gives an introduction about the application of the model according a practical example in detail. It indicates that Grey system theory is a practical method for synthetic evaluation of managers in universities with many excellences such as nicety, objectivity, briefness, etc.
