| Abstract: | Regarding the way of legal transplantation as it's start, this article puts forward that legal transplantation is necessary and possible in contemporary Chian, and form the aspects such as inherence of legal system , the relation of legal system and politics , the relation of legal system and economy , discusses it in detail. |
