| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济的发展,国内企业表现出了对工商管理专业人才的大量需求,但是情绪智力培养的缺失严重影响了工商管理专业毕业生的就业及职业发展。为了有效保证高校工商管理专业人才供应的质量满足企业的实际需求,我国高校要更新观念,重新认识专业培养目标,将情绪智力培养纳入教学体系,灵活设置课程的情绪智力教学目标,使用各种教学方式渗透情绪智力培养,利用校外实习基地和各种激发情绪智力的实践活动,并提高相关教职工的情绪智力,将情绪智力培养纳入育人全过程。
