力竭性运动训练对大鼠血清甘胆酸含量的影响

为了研究运动训练对机体肝细胞功能的影响，通过对大鼠进行为期８周的不同 运动量的游泳训练，并测定血清乳酸脱氢梅酶、谷丙转氨酶、谷革转氨酶等酶的活性以 及甘胆酸（Ｃｈｏｌｙｌｇｌｙｃｉｎｅ，ＣＧ）含量。结果表明，血清酶活性在一定程度上可反映肝细胞 的损伤，但缺乏特异性，动态观察静息时血清甘胆酸含量可特异地反映肝细胞的功能状 态，对评定机体功能，预防运动性疲劳的产生具有十分重要的意义，

The Effect of Exhaustive Exercise Training on Serum Cholylglycine Content in Rats

In order to explore the offect effect of exercise training on the liver function, SD rats were conducted on swimming training in different load for 8 weekes, and the activities of serum lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), alanine aminotransferase (ALAT) and aspartate aminotrans- ferase (AST) were determined. The results indicated:the activity of serum enzymes might reflect the hepatocyte injury to some degree,but those were short of specificity.Dynamic ob- servation of serum CG might specifically reflect the condiction of liver function, and has major significance to evaluate the organism's function and to prevent the occurrence of exercise fa- tigue.
