| Abstract: | The job market in Guangdong has expanded and job structure has changed remarkably, order to seek rules of changes in the job structure, this paper is designed to analyze the features of the structure in relation to industries make-up and ownerships make-up. In addition, differences in regional as well. In occupation economies are considered, area economy. In the end, expecting the developmental trend of the occupation structure in the area, countermeasures are suggested to address the problems resulted from the going-on changes. |
