茶多酚和运动对糖尿病脂代谢紊乱的影响

糖尿病不仅糖代谢异常变化,还常合并脂代谢紊乱。血脂异常与高血糖、高血压、肥胖等构成糖尿病慢性并发症的独立危险因素有关。脂代谢紊乱对糖尿病及其并发症的发生起着极其重要的作用。茶多酚对机体血脂代谢有正向调节作用具有降血脂功效。同时运动也可以有效的预防脂质代谢的紊乱。本文从茶多酚的降血脂功能和运动对糖尿病脂代谢的影响两方面评述两者对糖尿病治疗的机理,为茶多酚结合运动治疗糖尿病提供参考依据。

A research on the effection of tea polyphenols and exercises to diabetic lipoprotein metabolic disorder

Diabetes is not only abnormal changes of glucose metabolism,but also always associates with lipoprotein metabolic disorder.This article makes a comment on the mechanisms of diabetes treatment from two ways of the tea polyphenols’ medical function in decreasing the blood lipid and the exercises effect the diabetic lipoprotein metabolism,in order to provide some theoretical references for curing the diabetes by using tea polyphenols with long time exercises.
