| Abstract: | Knowledge Management (KM) created a revolution in nowadays management. Enterprise Archives (EA) involves in KM , which will be the development trend in future. If EA is treated as a knowledge and tacit knowledge is fully mined, then it will give a win-win situation to both EA and enterprise itself. |
