| 摘 要： | 发展为了什么？发展伦理认为，社会发展的最终目标和最高的价值追求是人的自由而全面的发展，发展的具体目的是美好生活和获得充分的自由。而要实现发展的最终目标，达到发展的具体目的，在社会发展过程中就必须以发展伦理为指导，遵循人本原则、公正原则、整体原则和科学发展原则。

| Abstract: | What is the goal of development？ On the opinion of development ethics, the final goal and cardinal value of social development should be the free and comprehensive development of the human beings. The concrete target of development is to approach a happy life and enjoy adequate freedom. However, if we want to realize the final goal and concrete purpose of development, we must follow the principle of humanism, justness, wholeness, and scientific development under the guidance of development ethics. |
