| Abstract: | Simulated court teaching is a practical teaching method which has strong operability.It has a non-substitutive function in cultivating legal ideation,legal problem-solving ability,innovation,organizing and harmonizing ability of the undergraduate.Simulated court teaching includes preparation,holding a hearing and conclusion.Teacher guidance and remark is a guarantee of developing simulated court teaching activities effectively. |
