大学是知识文化与人文精神的高地,肩负着知识创新、文化传授、技能培养和引领精神、净化心灵、健全人格的使命。大学教育单靠课堂教学和学术报告的有声传授是远远不够的,大学精神和校园环境所产生的无声教育影响是大学教育最好的补充。文章先分析无声教育力量对育人的重要作用,并从大学精神、景观设计、宣传标语、办公文化和服务设施等方面,提出探寻大学无声教育力量的有效建议。

The Exploration of the Silent Power of University Education

As the key to developing cultures and human spirits, it is the responsibility of universities to carry out knowledge creation, impart cultures to the students and develop their skills as well as give them spiritual guidance, mind purification and healthy personalities. To have the students well-educated, having just classroom teaching and academic symposiums are far from enough and the best replenishment is the quiet force of education brought by the spirit of the whole university and the campus environments. The thesis analyzes the importance of sitent force of education to educate students, and then gives suggestions for the exploration of the sitent force of education in universities through the spirit of the university, the design of the campus, propaganda slogans, work culture and service facilities.
