| 摘 要： | 外出建筑队伍管理机构的设立 ,克服了旧有的建筑队伍散乱无章 ,疏于管理的弊端 ,有力促进了外出建筑业的向前发展。它具有协调、信息引导和传递 ,巩固开拓市场 ,提高队伍素质等诸方面的积极作用。但也存在活动经费无来源 ,驻外办事处规格低等问题。应采取有力措施加以解决。

| Abstract: | The instauration of the Administration of endemic architectural teams overcome the disadvantages of the architectural team that were chaotic,which have promoted the development of endemic architectural and has the active function of harmonization,providing information,deploitation and promotion of the quality of the architectural teams.However,some disadvantages still exist,such as lack of expanse,the low position of Administration of endemic architectural teams,etc.Efficient countermeasure should be taken to solve those problems. |
