高职高专护理实训中心的管理探讨

随着高等职业教育的发展,高职高专院校扩招后生源的增加,各院校纷纷成立了护理实训中心。通过为护理实训中心配备合适的管理人员,营造良好的人文环境,充分合理地利用护理模拟病房,严格管理实验物品及实验室的安全等几个方面来管理实训中心。
